A qualified quantity surveyor and graduate of Salford University, Richard built the family business into one of North-West England’s major construction companies diversifying in the 1980’s into commercial and residential property development and investment. Richard was chairman and the majority shareholder of Elite Homes Group Ltd which at the time of sale in 2007 was delivering over 500 homes a year across Northern England.

The business was sold to Bovis Plc for an enterprise value of over 75million. CTP Group Ltd, a highly respected developer of office, retail and leisure property in which as a co- founder in the late 1980’s, Richard was a significant shareholder, was bought out by U&I Plc, again in late 2007. Richard has majority interests in several privately held property investment and development companies as well as being one of the Founder Directors and funder of Grafmarine Limited.

Martin has created a number of new technology-led products for different industrial sectors. With 4 patents granted, a further 3 pending, in the last 5 years. Awarded EU and Innovate UK funding. Successfully designing new shape-changing 2D materials for the diabetes medical sector and, creating a new agri-meta materials to increase crop yields by up to 30%. Also developing green hydrogen projects for marine and automotive sectors using advanced MOF and carbon materials. Martin has taken his initial concept for Grafmarine towards commercialisation, as a finalist for Wales Most Innovative Start Up 2021 and, developed the business team. Previously, Martin created Meta, a branding business for 20+ years, branding the Shell AGM for 3 years, branding the first Hard rock Casino outside the US, as well as designing software for construction. Martin is currently studying for MSc in Innovation.

Marc is also an award-winning commercialisation specialist, passionate innovator and highly proficient at commercialization, innovation management & market entry strategies into international markets.

An innovative, driven engineering manager with a background in medium-heavy mechanical & electrical engineering, design, and software management. Over 30 years of comprehensive experience in safety first, technically challenging and business critical environments. High quality standards coupled with excellent organisational and communication skills, enabling successful delivery of complex projects on time, on budget and to the satisfaction of demanding customers. Ability to think around complex problems, work with multiple teams and create resource to provide solutions to products, processes and systems.
